Asparagus with Piccata sauce? Yes! It's quick and easy....and oh, so delicious!
Prep time: 2 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Serving size: 2
You'll need:
1 tbsp. Butter
Asparagus (tender part only)
(or other veggie that you love: Squash, zucchini, etc.)
1/3 jar of Lizbeth Lane Lemon Piccata Simmer Sauce
1. Heat pan and some butter. Add asparagus and saute on medium heat. Cover to allow steam to help cook the veggies.
2. Season with salt and pepper. Saute for 3-4 minutes.
3. Add 1/3 jar of Roasted Lemon Piccata Simmer Sauce to asparagus and slow simmer for 3-4 minutes. Uncovered.
