Hi, Guys- I just wanted to share with you that I counseled a man with diabetes and heart disease who I ended up doing gourmet Meals on Wheels for. One meal I made was Lemon Piccata chicken. When I checked with him for feedback on his meals he said "that Lemon Piccata chicken was excellent! I want that again." I check the sodium content because he is on a sodium restriction but I am not even using a full serving for his meal so it works well.
