You'll love these wings which are great to serve during any big game or outside on the deck or patio! Adjust the heat to make these wings as hot or mild as you wish. Enjoy!

Prep time: 8-10 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Serving size: Varies

Preheat oven to 425°

You'll need:

1 Tbsp. Canola or vegetable oil for each dozen wings prepared

1 or more Pkgs. of chicken wings

Cut the wings at the joints--discard tip of wing

1 Tbsp. butter for each dozen wings prepared

1 jar of Roasted Red Pepper Simmer Sauce

Hot sauce of your choice (we prefer a Louisiana Red hot sauce)

1. Toss raw wings in a large bowl with the oil until all are coated.

2. Spread wings on a large cookie sheet (one layer) Place rack two levels up from bottom of oven Bake wings for for 15-20 minutes. Flip wings over and continue baking until wings are done and crispy.

3. While wings bake, melt butter in saucepan, add hot sauce and Red Pepper Simmer Sauce as desired. 1 cup of simmer sauce should work for 2-3 dozen wings.

3. When finished baking, dump cooked wings into large (clean) bowl and add as little or as much heated red pepper sauce as desired. Toss wings in the sauce making sure they are all covered in the sauce.

Adjust amounts of hot pepper sauce or our Red Pepper Simmer Sauce as needed.
